研究领域:
本课题组主要致力于石墨烯薄膜材料可控制备和应用探索,聚焦石墨烯薄膜材料结构与物性的精准合成和石墨烯应用场景中的表界面物理化学调控等科学问题,推动石墨烯薄膜材料的基础研究、装备开发和产业应用。课题组研究方向主要包括三个方面:(1)高品质石墨烯薄膜化学气相沉积可控制备与物性调控;(2)石墨烯薄膜批量、无损转移技术;(3)石墨烯阻隔膜应用技术和高性能晶体管器件构筑。

研究成果:
专注于“高品质石墨烯的制备、转移和应用探索”。到目前为止,共发表SCI论文63篇(Nature Materials, Nature Communications, Science Advances, Advanced Materials, Chemical Reviews, JACS),总引用频次3380次,参与编写《石墨烯的化学气相沉积生长方法》等石墨烯相关专著,授权国家发明专利15项。
